Roborock’s powerful robot vacuum yet is available to buy after first unveiled at CES 2026, the Roborock Saros 20 immediately stood out thanks to its 36,000Pa suction power, making it one of the most powerful models currently on the market.
Performance is only part of the story though. The Saros 20 also introduces Roborock’s new AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, an advanced system designed to tackle challenging homes. With the ability to clear double thresholds measuring up to 4.5 + 4.4cm, it’s built to handle raised transitions, small steps, and uneven flooring without getting stuck.
The new VibraRise 5.0 system introduces a long awaited edge cleaning upgrade. The vibrating mop pad physically extends beyond the circular body of the robot, allowing it to scrub directly against baseboards, furniture legs, and tight edges with effectively zero clearance. The new model ships with the latest version of Roborock’s RockDock, featuring 100°C hot water mop washing, automatic dock self cleaning, warm air drying, and automatic mop removal for a more hands off cleaning experience.
For navigation, the Saros 20 uses Autonomous StarSight System 2.0, which combines LiDAR and 3D ToF sensors to improve mapping and obstacle detection, all packed into a slim 7.95cm body designed to reach further under furniture.
Importantly for smart home users, the Saros 20 supports Matter, allowing it to integrate more seamlessly across major platforms including Apple Home. That means Apple users can bring the vacuum into the Home app alongside their existing devices and include it in scenes and automations, helping it fit naturally into a wider smart home setup.
Pre orders are now live in selected parts of Europe with an RRP of €1,499, currently discounted to €1,289. UK and US pricing and availability are still to be confirmed, but we we will keep you posted.
