Aqara has announced the availability of two new additions to its smart home security lineup, the Camera Hub G350 the worlds first Matter smart camera and the Doorbell Camera G400. Both Support Apple Home and HomeKit Secure Video
Camera Hub G350: First Matter-Certified Camera
The Camera Hub G350 marks a significant step forward as the world’s first Matter-certified camera, supporting the Matter 1.5 specification. This brings local, future-proof compatibility and allows users to manage the camera seamlessly across multiple smart home platforms.
The G350 features a dual-lens system, combining a 4K wide-angle lens with a 2.5K telephoto lens. This enables a 9x hybrid zoom, delivering both broad coverage and detailed close-ups. A built-in pan and tilt motor provides full 360 degree viewing, while AI-powered tracking can automatically follow people or pets within the frame.
On-device AI enhances detection by identifying specific events and sounds, helping reduce unnecessary alerts and focusing on what matters most. Beyond security, the G350 also acts as a Matter Controller and bridge, allowing Aqara Zigbee devices to be integrated into Matter ecosystems.

Aqara G400 Doorbell Camera
The Aqara Doorbell Camera G400 (Wired) is designed for continuous front door monitoring. It features an IP65 weather-resistant design and can be powered via PoE or a low-voltage connection, ensuring stable, year-round operation. It also features WiFi 6.
The G400 captures footage in 2K resolution and uses a 165 degree ultra-wide field of view combined with a 3 to 4 aspect ratio. This provides head to toe coverage, making it easy to see visitors and packages clearly.
Advanced AI capabilities, both local and cloud-based, enable accurate object detection and contextual alerts. The doorbell also supports a wide range of smart home platforms, including Apple Home with HomeKit Secure Video, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and Home Assistant via RTSP.
