I was sent the U200 2 months prior to the launch for review and decided at the time I was not ready to release a review that I was happy with. So in total I have been using the smart lock for just over 6 months. This has been on my front door and has been used through summer, autumn and winter with a recent cold spell down to -5 so Let’s take a closer look at its features, design, installation process, and how it performs in real-life situations.
Not very happy with the lock. It keeps the lock locked, ie you can’t use a key because the motor fights you. Tried everything on the help guide but nothing works. Can’t get real help because there forum doesn’t work.
